Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms carefully and respectfully.
• Prepare rooms in line with established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping supervisors, front desk, and maintenance teams for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest requests attentively and contribute constructively to enhancing guest experience with creativity and personal touch.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper, or in related positions is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to endure repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Respect for guest privacy, discretion, sharp observation skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
