Role Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public spaces consistently with company standards.
• Ensure all rooms are supplied with fresh linens, bedding, and towels.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols as outlined by the hotel.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, operational hours, and nearby amenities like malls and restaurants.
• Stock rooms appropriately with essentials such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
• Identify and report guest left-behind items following the hotel's lost and found protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
