Role Purpose

Deliver heartfelt care by maintaining beautifully cleaned and serviced guest rooms in a prestigious 5-star hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas following the hotel's high standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and promotional materials accurately according to room types.
• Report any lost property in compliance with established procedures.
• Perform scheduled and regular cleaning duties as assigned.
• Handle guest laundry according to hotel policies.
• Operate and clean equipment carefully, reporting any malfunctions.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and assist with periodic stocktaking.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard keys and guest rooms; report any suspicious activities.
• Use cleaning agents properly, adhering to health and safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
• Support guests with requests within authority and escalate others to supervisors.
• Provide turn down service and clean balconies, furniture, railings, and carpets.
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as descaling shower heads and whitening bathroom grout.
• Help teammates with additional tasks like setting up extra beds.
• Engage warmly with guests, using emotional intelligence to enhance the luxury service experience.
• Work independently when required, demonstrating strong initiative.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 6 months of experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent English communication and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically fit and capable of managing demanding tasks effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to superior cleanliness standards.
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously and multitask efficiently.
• Clean police record is mandatory.
