As a Room Attendant, you will help create an excellent guest experience by making sure bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors are cleaned, maintained, and displayed to a very high standard. Key duties
- Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to a consistently high level of hygiene and presentation.
- Top up guest amenities, linen, and supplies, and respond quickly and positively to guest requests.
- Keep your housekeeping trolley tidy, organised, and fully stocked for the shift.
- Report maintenance faults, damage, or missing items to the leadership team without delay.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Working style and development
You will be given ownership of your allocated rooms and expected to manage your pace and daily workload independently. The team focuses on helping people grow through training, feedback from inspections and audits, and ongoing improvement so that guest satisfaction and mystery guest targets can be achieved together.
