Overview
Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to help maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for guests at the lodge. This role is central to keeping guest rooms and shared areas in excellent condition so visitors can relax without worrying about daily housekeeping tasks.
The position is available immediately and includes full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options.
Pay for this role is $14.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and guest-facing areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replacing amenities, and cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and in line with instructions, and follow the applicable safety data sheets.
- Keep the housekeeping cart clean, organized, and fully stocked with needed supplies.
- Report maintenance concerns through the proper process so they can be addressed promptly.
- Record and secure any lost-and-found items discovered during the shift.
- Communicate with guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
- Restock the housekeeping cart at the end of the shift so it is ready for the next day.
- Support the House Attendant by delivering guest requests and collecting used guest items.
- Help conserve energy by closing shades and drapes and adjusting air conditioning or heat in unoccupied rooms.
- Escalate any unsafe conditions in the work area or equipment to a supervisor.

Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, sanitation, laundry operations, or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and clear verbal communication are preferred.
- Prior housekeeping or general cleaning experience is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to push or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and twist.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to work with chemicals according to instructions.
