Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Rookie Pest Control Technician to join our team in Galway City and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time position with a base salary of €30,300 per year, paid monthly. Our company values professional service and provides comprehensive training to new hires, so prior pest control expertise is not required.
Key Duties
- Maintain and service your assigned client base diligently and consistently.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all matters related to pest control to customers.
- Submit thorough and accurate reports after each service visit to keep clients well-informed about the services rendered.
- Focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to clients’ pest issues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a full, clean driving license.
- Have a genuine interest in pest control with no phobias related to pests or heights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize daily tasks.
- Positive attitude towards engaging customers, with enthusiasm to greet them and identify chances to increase business.
