  • Inspect, service, and repair robots in the field so they remain ready for use.
  • Track robot performance on job sites and take action early when issues appear.
  • Collect feedback from customers and work with internal teams to enhance product capabilities and functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical problems and help put solutions into practice.
  • Contribute to wider field operations and other technical projects as needed.

Required background and capabilities

  • Background in technical or mechanical work, with a university degree or diploma from a higher vocational school in Engineering, Mechanics, or a similar field.

  • Excellent attention to detail and solid organisational habits.
  • Ability to do light physical work.

Eligibility and must-haves

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel when needed, including periods of up to 3 weeks per month.

Preferred experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical position.
  • German, Spanish, Italian, or French language skills.
  • Experience in a startup or other fast-moving workplace.
  • Exposure to project-based work.

Why join August Robotics

  • Work directly with real robots in real operational settings.
  • Build practical experience in a rapidly growing robotics company.
  • Strengthen technical, operational, and customer-facing skills.
  • Join a small team where individual impact and growth opportunities are high.
