Work Schedule
You will typically work an average of 49 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns which you can tailor to your personal and professional obligations. Shift lengths and the number of rest days vary depending on the pattern chosen, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays to provide crucial service coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Commence and conclude shifts from your own driveway, with compensation starting the moment you enter your van until you return home.
- Operate independently across diverse locations and situations while staying connected to a supportive team environment.
- Apply your technical expertise and effective communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
- Diagnose and resolve a range of roadside vehicle issues calmly and efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification coupled with relevant experience.
- Possess a full category B driving license with no more than six penalty points.
- Demonstrate adaptability and comfort with learning new technologies provided for the role.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts, encompassing evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
