About the Role
Join TELUS International AI-Data Solutions as a RLHF Strategist Expert within our dynamic AI Community. This part-time, remote opportunity allows you to contribute to enhancing AI and machine learning models by working on diverse data types including text, images, audio, video, and geographic data, across more than 500 languages and dialects. There is no fixed schedule, offering flexible work hours from home.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed grading rubrics to assess AI-generated responses based on tone, logic, and adherence to given instructions.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for extensive annotation projects to ensure effective human feedback loops optimize model training.
- Analyze challenging occurrences of AI model 'hallucinations' and logical errors, and formulate prompt-engineering techniques to address these issues.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish the optimal response characteristics tailored to specific industries or user groups.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, humanities, or equivalent disciplines.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) with native-level ability in at least one language.
- Strong skills in writing and logical decision-making.
- Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Indian Standard Time.

- Annual salary range from $8,624 to $24,000 USD.
