Role Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate Revit Technician eager to enhance their expertise in construction modelling and documentation. This role offers a pathway toward roles such as Design Coordinator, BIM Manager, or Digital Engineer and is a unique chance to work within one of New Zealand's leading boutique BIM studios to improve national construction efficiency using cutting-edge design, modelling, and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create multidisciplinary construction and shop modelling and documentation.
- Assist with design coordination tasks, including clash detection processes.
- Collaborate with senior BIM and digital engineering specialists.
- Provide support to project teams throughout design and construction phases.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit software.
- Effective communicator with a team-oriented approach.
- Motivated to expand technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Experience in environments related to building services, construction, or design.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizenship, residency, or valid work visa).
Desirable:
- Formal tertiary education in engineering, architecture, building services, or a related discipline.
