Primary Responsibilities

• Independently plan, prepare, and execute complex audits focusing on financial processes and risk management
• Conduct detailed risk assessments, identify weaknesses, and develop practical optimization proposals
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings tailored to management and specialist committees
• Monitor agreed audit actions and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Internal Control System and existing compliance frameworks
• Coordinate and execute information security audits in line with DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 standards
• Systematically track audit findings, deviations, and corrective measures as part of the established information security management system

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in internal auditing, external auditing, compliance, or corporate risk management
• Proficient skills in MS Office applications and solid knowledge of information security standards according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, suitable for professional communication across departments
• Strong analytical thinking, independent work style, and assertiveness in daily tasks
• Valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
• Confident presence and excellent communication skills with a goal-oriented and organized work approach
