Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle applications and the rest of the hiring process. The role is for a Revenue Operations Associate located in Australia.

You will contribute to the performance and structure of a fast-scaling commercial team by working across strategy, analytics, and execution. The position involves close collaboration with sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams to improve revenue forecasting, territory design, account focus, customer lifecycle performance, and operating efficiency. It is a fully remote role that offers broad exposure to senior leaders, space to influence how processes are built, and the chance to use data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside commercial leaders to shape, launch, and refine go-to-market operating processes, territory structures, account prioritization, and sales execution methods.
  • Review revenue performance through metrics such as pipeline creation, conversion efficiency, forecast quality, account coverage, onboarding performance, expansion potential, and renewal strength.
  • Turn large and complex data sets into practical insights, clear recommendations, and strategic actions that support business growth and stronger operations.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to uncover friction points and improve the customer journey from first acquisition through retention and expansion.
  • Assist with commercial work including pricing approaches, deal design, renewals, upsell opportunities, and portfolio-level performance review.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reporting workflows, and operational processes that support informed, data-led decisions.
  • Look for opportunities to introduce AI-based workflows and automation into sales and revenue operations to increase efficiency and productivity.

Experience and requirements

  • About 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or another highly analytical commercial role.
  • Strong commercial understanding of how forecasting, pipeline management, productivity, pricing, retention, and expansion contribute to growth.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting complex information, forming hypotheses, and converting findings into concrete recommendations.
  • Comfort using SQL and CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous settings and build scalable processes where little structure exists.
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform businesses is helpful but not mandatory.

Benefits and perks

  • Work fully remotely with a globally distributed team.
  • Eligible for competitive equity participation through share options.
  • Enjoy an uncapped annual leave policy with a minimum vacation requirement.
  • Access to coworking spaces in major cities.
  • Regular workations and company retreats to support collaboration and culture.
  • Receive premium equipment and technology for the role.
  • Home office setup support is provided.
  • A generous learning and professional development budget is included.
  • Private medical insurance is offered.
  • Additional location-based perks and benefits may apply.
