Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our high-performance Revenue Management team. This role involves managing pricing strategies and optimizing OTA (Online Travel Agency) performance across multiple hotel properties in Tirupati.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pricing and inventory through the Stayflexi Channel Manager.
- Oversee operations on OTA platforms including Booking.com, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip (MMT), and Agoda.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), occupancy rates, and booking trends.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and perform thorough market analysis.
- Resolve issues related to OTA mapping, inventory discrepancies, and synchronization problems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in hotel revenue management or handling OTA platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with OTA extranets.
- Demonstrated success in improving occupancy and revenue metrics.
- Experience working with Stayflexi or any Property Management System (PMS)/Channel Manager is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi languages.
