Role overview
Orivista is expanding its management of more than 52 luxury villas in Bali and is seeking a revenue-focused professional who can do more than track prices. The right person will help lift occupancy, strengthen average daily rate (ADR), increase revenue per available room (RevPAR), and improve the overall earning potential of each villa.
Key responsibilities
- Set and refine pricing plans for villa inventory.
- Drive higher occupancy across the portfolio.
- Work to improve ADR and RevPAR performance.
- Manage performance on OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and similar platforms.
- Plan promotions, close booking gaps, and build revenue forecasts.
- Prepare weekly revenue updates along with recommended actions.
What the role calls for
This position is best suited to someone with a strong grasp of hospitality revenue management, OTA performance, demand trends, and dynamic pricing. The ideal candidate should think commercially, not just report numbers, and be comfortable using data to improve business outcomes.
Experience and background
Applicants should bring at least 3 to 4+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management. Prior exposure to hotels, villas, resorts, or serviced apartments is preferred.
Technical skills
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel is required, along with experience handling multi-property pricing and online travel agency channels.

This role is based in a hybrid/remote setup connected to the Bhubaneswar office. Orivista operates in luxury villa management for Bali.
