Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough Revenue Assurance activities and meter reading at multi-utility sites throughout the North and Scotland regions.
• Promptly report findings to the office according to company procedures and policies.
• Meet targets and uphold consistently high-quality data standards.
• Process field data accurately, ensuring updates to internal and industry systems as needed.
• Report any asset issues immediately to the Field Force Team Leader and Operations Team.
• Attend required training to gain full proficiency with internal systems and role duties.
• Self-manage the scheduled workload of investigations while adhering to company investigation guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and informative attitude during all work activities.
• Support the Field Force Team Leader when necessary and take ownership of assigned work areas.
• Promote safe and healthy working environments, identifying and reporting risks appropriately.
• Identify unrecorded connections on internal records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum academic qualification: GCSEs; Level 4 (Grade C) or above is preferable.
• Basic IT proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Capability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Comfortable driving long distances and managing overnight stays as required.
• Effective and precise data entry skills.
• Health and safety awareness with a focus on risk identification and reporting.
• Good communication abilities and proficiency with Microsoft applications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in meter reading or revenue assurance roles is desirable.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Location: Field-based, primarily covering the North of England and Scotland, with overnight stays expected due to travel demands.
• Permanent contract position based ideally in Newcastle.
• Salary starting from £28,896 annually.
• Driving license required as part of role conditions.
• Annual pay reviews linked to cost of living adjustments.
