Role Overview
Yuno Energy is hiring a full-time Retention Advisor for its Customer Retention Team at the company’s head office. The position is based onsite in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The pay package includes a base salary of €32,000 along with commission opportunities of up to €15,000 OTE, supported by an updated salary and commission model.
This role suits someone who brings energy, confidence, and a strong drive to succeed. Clear communication is essential, and previous experience in a sales environment is helpful, though not mandatory. What You Will Do
- Support customers in lowering their energy spend.
- Identify the reasons customers consider leaving so product and service improvements can be made.
- Take calls from customers seeking a more suitable energy deal.
- Track and meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets while helping control customer churn.
- Develop strong, approachable customer relationships to encourage retention.
- Assist with mentoring and coaching junior members of the sales team.
- Carry out additional phone-based duties as needed.
- Use the available retention tools to encourage customers to remain with the business.

- Prior experience in a sales role is preferred.
- Confidence working to KPIs and handling customer conversations effectively.
