Role Overview
This position is for a retail trainer focused on onboarding fresh hires for a premium watch brand in Gurugram. The role centers on building product understanding, service quality, and selling capability within the luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a well-structured induction program for newly joined retail team members.
- Teach the essentials of watch technology, including movements, complications, materials, and brand fundamentals.
- Explain routine store procedures and ensure awareness of compliance expectations.
- Provide luxury sales coaching covering customer discovery, handling objections, and closing techniques.
Candidate Profile
