About the Role

Seed Heritage invites applications for the Retail Third in Charge (3IC) position at our Indooroopilly store as part of our expanding retail network. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading a motivated team, driving customer engagement, and cultivating a high-achieving store culture focused on excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment that ensures a memorable shopping experience with every interaction.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and collaborating with team members to encourage their growth and engagement.
• Partner with leadership to develop a profitable store operation.
• Motivate staff to meet and surpass sales and key performance targets.
• Contribute to operational efficiency through managing staff rosters and back-office administrative tasks.
• Work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail store.
• Supportive leadership style with an ability to motivate and mentor teams toward success.
• Strong commercial insight to surpass sales, labor, and shrinkage KPIs according to budget.
• Keen attention to detail with enthusiasm for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience handling large stock volumes and stock control.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and a genuine interest in contributing to our brand community.
• Commitment to establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships through outstanding service.
