Role Overview

In this position, you will help build a strong performance culture and support an excellent customer experience across the store. The role involves working across customer-facing and back-of-house areas, maintaining service standards before, during, and after the sale, helping present merchandise on the sales floor, and assisting with the smooth receipt and processing of stock.

Key Duties

  • Support different parts of the store, including front-of-house and back-of-house work.
  • Deliver customer service before, during, and after purchase.
  • Assist with merchandising and product presentation on the sales floor.
  • Help receive, process, and move stock into the store according to receiving procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated attitude.
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on results.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people from varied backgrounds.
