Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the store team to drive sales growth, manage stock rotation effectively, and uphold outstanding customer service standards. The role requires fostering a strong team environment in line with Spendless values while maintaining operational controls like wage management and merchandising aesthetics.
