Key Duties

• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a supportive and inclusive work culture.
• Contribute ideas in team discussions and assist in problem-solving initiatives.
• Assist in training and supporting both new and existing colleagues by sharing knowledge.
• Efficiently receive deliveries, verify accuracy, and stock items correctly to preserve inventory integrity.
• Regularly replenish stock on shelves and displays to ensure a consistently attractive and well-supplied store.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards by performing daily housekeeping including tidying shelves and fitting rooms.
• Engage warmly with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally.
• Represent the brand enthusiastically to foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Collaborate to meet sales targets and support management in growth initiatives.
