Job Overview
Orient Electricals is seeking a Retail Sales Officer to enhance its retail and distributor network in Chandigarh. This role emphasizes driving secondary sales, cultivating distributor and dealer partnerships, enlarging the retailer base, and fulfilling business objectives.
Primary Duties
- Boost secondary sales volumes.
- Oversee relationships with distributors and dealers.
- Develop and maintain strong retailer associations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Widen market reach and coverage.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Liaise effectively with channel partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 5 years of experience in channel or retail sales roles.
- Prior exposure to Electrical, FMCG, FMCD, Lighting, Switchgear, Wires, or Home Appliances sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or mobile sales applications is advantageous.
