Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

Divyakhand E-Learning Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join Growfitz Wellness Mart located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves assisting walk-in customers and promoting health, wellness, and organic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers entering the store and provide guidance on product selection focused on health and wellness.
• Identify customer requirements and consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets by effectively recommending additional products and upselling.
• Accurately manage customer transactions using various payment methods including cash, UPI, and credit/debit cards through the POS system.
• Ensure product shelves are orderly, neatly arranged, sufficiently stocked, and visually attractive.
• Monitor stock availability, check expiration dates of products, and promptly communicate low stock situations to the Store Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th standard or graduation in any discipline.
• Prior experience ranging from 1 to 2 years in retail, FMCG, supermarket, or customer service roles is preferred; however, freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Hindi and basic English communication with polite and respectful mannerisms.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS billing systems.
