Retail Sales Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom located in Vesu, Surat. The role requires expertise in retailing jewellery, specifically gold and lab-grown diamonds, to provide customers with informed and personalized advice.

Primary Duties

• Guide customers in choosing gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery suited to their preferences.
• Clarify features, quality standards, certifications, and advantages associated with lab-grown diamonds.
• Offer styling advice and tailor jewellery consultations to individual customer needs.
• Meet monthly sales objectives while ensuring a superior shopping experience.
• Foster lasting relationships with clientele.
• Support billing processes, manage order entries, and conduct customer follow-ups.
• Ensure the showroom is attractively arranged and products are well-presented.
• Keep up-to-date on current jewellery fashion trends, collections, and pricing strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of prior experience in jewellery retail sales.
• In-depth understanding of gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
• Capability to clearly differentiate between natural and lab-grown diamonds for customers.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service aptitude.
• Professional demeanor with a positive outlook.
• Basic computer literacy and preferably experience with POS or billing software.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000, depending on experience.
