Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive for Retail Sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our team at Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position demands strong communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships through empathy and effective objection handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, suggest suitable products, and provide tailored service to boost sales and improve the customer experience.
- Design and implement sales plans to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Consistently strive to achieve individual and team sales targets and track progress against established KPIs.
- Operate cash registers, manage cash and card payments, and accurately handle product returns and exchanges.
- Promptly resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain familiarity with Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and assist with basic inventory management.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Age range between 21 to 40 years.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (at a conversational level), along with fluency in the local language.
- Educational qualification of at least Pre-University Course (PUC) for candidates with excellent communication skills; a Graduation degree is preferable and mandatory.
- Ability to handle product knowledge, objection handling, and relationship building effectively.
Work Details
- Work location as per company allocation.
- Shifts: First shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for female employees; second shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM for male employees.
- Working days: Six days per week with one rotational off day.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹28,000 based on industry experience.
- The approved salary budget is up to ₹25,000; other industry candidates may receive up to ₹28,000 net pay.
- Eligibility for incentives and bonuses in accordance with company policy and local location standards.
Recruitment Process
- Two interview rounds involving Team Lead and Manager.
- Interviews conducted virtually.
