Job description
Position Overview
We are urgently seeking Retail Sales Executives for DHL's retail stores located in the Mumbai metropolitan area including Thane-Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, and Kandivali. Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience in sales or teleselling are invited to apply. The role involves managing store operations centered around shipment handling and customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash shipments and conduct daily accounting tasks.
- Process shipment bookings, generate Air Waybills (AWB), and perform related backend support functions.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and oversee smooth retail store operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate level educational qualification.
- Open to freshers as well as individuals with sales or teleselling experience.
- Fluency in basic English and Hindi languages.
- Applicants should be below 32 years of age.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary package ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹18,000.
- Additional benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), incentives, and travel allowance (TA).
