Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

Blossoms Kids & Ladies Boutique, located in Purasawalkam, Chennai, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to contribute to our expanding team. This role focuses on providing outstanding service to customers in the kidswear and ladieswear fashion segment while supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service and actively promote sales growth.
• Assist shoppers in choosing appropriate products considering their preferences, size requirements, occasion, and budget constraints.
• Meet both individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, neat counter presentation, and uphold store standards.
• Handle stock, merchandise, and inventory appropriately.
• Support billing processes, perform stock checks, and assist with daily store activities.
• Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain professional discipline, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in retail related to textiles, fashion, kidswear, or ladieswear is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective selling and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Basic familiarity with retail billing or Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a keen interest in retail sales are encouraged to apply.

Career Progression

The selected candidate will be appointed initially as a Retail Sales Executive. Opportunities for advancement to Sales Supervisor will be available based on sales results, leadership capability, discipline, and overall contribution to the store.
