Retail Sales Designer

About the Role

We are hiring a Retail Sales Designer for the Reading showroom. In this position, you will welcome customers, create inspiring kitchen and bedroom layouts, and support them throughout the full Wren customer journey. Prior kitchen or bedroom design experience is not required; what matters most is a proactive, goal-oriented approach.

This opportunity is a 40-hour per week role with a base salary of £26,440, plus uncapped commission and an on-target earnings figure of £50k.

Main Responsibilities

• Guide customers with imaginative kitchen and bedroom design ideas that lead to sales
• Present related products and services, including finance choices and installation support
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first interaction through to completion
• Keep the order bank accurate and current while maintaining regular contact with each customer

Additional Requirements

In this role, you must follow all relevant health and safety policies and procedures, as well as the responsibilities outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

• Experience working to sales targets in a retail setting is preferred
• A creative approach with strong attention to detail
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
