- Unlimited commission potential.
- Commission payments continue while you are on annual leave.
- Eye care vouchers.
- EE discount.
- Employee referral bonus scheme.
- Staff discount after completing your first year.
- Strong opportunities to grow within the wider business.
Pay
The package includes a base salary of £26,440, plus uncapped commission, with an on-target earnings figure of £50K.
Key responsibilities
- Create appealing kitchen and bedroom designs that help drive sales.
- Present relevant add-on products and services, including finance options and installation.
- Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the full journey.
- Keep the order pipeline accurate and current, and stay in regular contact with customers.
- Follow health and safety requirements and the responsibilities set out in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially focused, and motivated by targets. Retail sales experience is helpful, especially in a target-driven setting. A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to great service are important. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Other information
Any successful candidate will need to complete a basic criminal record check through the Disclosure & Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
