Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service creating meaningful and memorable experiences for every customer.
• Use your product and pet care knowledge to educate and inspire customers towards the best choices for their pets.
• Handle sales transactions effectively, aiming to achieve set store sales targets.
• Keep store presentation excellent by ensuring timely and accurate stock display and replenishment.
• Stay proactive in updating your knowledge about pet care, products, and services.
• Help build a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace culture where team members enjoy working.
• Adopt and promote a strong safety-first mindset to foster a culture of safety within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable retail setting.
• A genuine passion for animals and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 20 kilograms indicating good physical fitness.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
• Motivation to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
