Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Ecommerce Planner to bolster our expanding business operations across various brands and sales platforms. This position will focus on demand forecasting, Open-to-Buy (OTB) strategy, efficient inventory control, and tracking replenishment processes to guarantee peak stock availability and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing demand forecasts and sales strategies for all ecommerce channels.
- Oversee Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and the strategic allocation of inventory.
- Continuously track inventory levels, monitor sales performance, and identify replenishment needs.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, warehouse, and ecommerce departments to ensure inventory precision and availability.
- Analyze sales patterns, inventory effectiveness, and potential stock risks to inform strategic business decisions.
- Generate routine planning and inventory performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or a comparable discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in planning, merchandising, inventory management, or ecommerce operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Prior experience within the retail, fashion, or ecommerce sectors is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal coordination abilities.
