Role overview
As a Retail Merchandiser with Retail Odyssey, part of Advantage Solutions, you’ll support in-store product presentation and help create shopping experiences that better serve customers. What you’ll do
In this position, you’ll help stores maintain attractive and effective merchandising setups. Your work will involve building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory so retailers and suppliers can capture the best sales opportunities.
Compensation and benefits
This role pays $15.00 per hour. The company also promotes internal advancement and may offer extra hours depending on demand. New team members receive training and ongoing support. About you
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers and store management in a positive, energetic, and professional way. You should be physically able to stand, bend, move, and lift up to 50 lbs., have dependable transportation to the job site, and bring strong customer service and interpersonal skills. A self-driven attitude, attention to results, the ability to work alone as well as with others, and a safety-first mindset in a retail setting are also important. No prior experience is required because training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
