This role is based in Christchurch and involves leading a sizable team within a fast-paced, growing retail environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee a team of over 25 employees including 4 team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance strong customer service standards across the store.
• Work actively on the sales floor, engaging with both team members and customers to foster relationships and lead by example.
• Develop a highly capable workforce through hands-on coaching, practical training, and staff development initiatives.
• Promote and sustain a positive, high-performance, and motivating workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in retail management or similarly demanding workplace environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in retail or people management roles.
