About the Role

Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is looking for someone to support the future of retail by gathering important in-store data for grocery clients across the country. In this position, you will use smartphone-based tools to capture and log information that helps improve shopping experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Work in grocery store settings and collect key data for client needs using mobile technology.
• Interact professionally with store customers and management in a positive, energetic way.
• Record completed work through your smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Carry out duties independently while also contributing to team success.
• Approach daily tasks with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

What the Employer Looks For

• Comfort speaking with customers and store leadership in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as standing, bending, moving, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• 1 to 2 years of merchandising experience.
• Background in leading and training others.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to document work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven attitude with a strong focus on action and results.
• Capability to work alone as well as build effective team relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $14.00.
• Extra hours may be available if requested.
