Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the Retail Store Coordinator role to join our dedicated team at our Winners location in Charlottetown. This role involves leading and motivating the team to provide excellent customer experiences while maintaining store operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in areas including visual merchandising, customer service, backroom management, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior customer service and store operations by sharing timely updates and aligning the team.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee tasks, encouraging teamwork and training associates on relevant policies and procedures.
• Provide training and development to associates focused on product presentation and customer service, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
• Elevate the store’s brand image by designing attractive merchandise displays in strategic locations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience, with an understanding of client needs and store operations.
• Exhibit a collaborative attitude that promotes effective teamwork and harmonious working relationships.
• Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Strong skills in communication and time management, enabling clear conveyance of information and prioritization of tasks.

Additional Information

• Applicants must be 18 years or older and will be required to complete a criminal background check.

• Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.50 per hour, with the rate depending on experience, skills, and labor market conditions.
