Job description
Role Overview
Repco is seeking a Retail Coordinator for its Cambridge, Waikato store. This is a hands-on retail position that blends customer service, merchandising, product presentation, and store upkeep. You will help shape how products are displayed and promoted, while also supporting customers on the shop floor as part of a knowledgeable and energetic team.
This role offers the chance to work with a leading automotive brand, alongside strong training, support, and development opportunities. The position follows a Tuesday to Saturday roster and totals 45 hours each week.
What You Will Do
- Support customers by giving helpful, accurate, and friendly advice.
- Help maintain high standards across the branch, including merchandising, planogram updates, and in-store promotional execution.
- Keep the store looking clean, organised, and professionally presented.
- Monitor stock levels and help ensure the shop floor remains well supplied.
- Lead by example and promote a strong safety-first culture.
- Carry out physical store duties such as lifting, bending, and climbing where needed.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will already have retail experience, preferably in a role with merchandising exposure. You should be comfortable assisting customers, have a natural eye for product placement and presentation, and bring a positive, approachable manner to the team. Strong attention to detail and a tidy, organised working style are important.
Working Pattern
Tuesday to Saturday, 45 hours per week.
