- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, document management tools, and legal software platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping work accurate and consistent.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST, or equivalent West Coast hours.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a remote legal work setting.
- Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents, especially deeds, real estate documents, and transactional materials.
- Experience handling document workflows, version tracking, and legal recordkeeping.
- Exposure to real estate, estate planning, corporate, or transactional legal work is beneficial.
