We are seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning Claims Team as Retail Case Managers within Income Protection (IP) and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) sectors, located in Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of claims comprehensively to ensure effective, timely, and sustainable resolutions.
- Investigate and resolve any disputes that arise during claim processes.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Compose clear and accurate customer communications, including complex information and notifications of adverse claim decisions.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in claims assessment, particularly in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, or Health Insurance.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- A customer-centric mindset focusing on excellent service delivery.
