Role Overview

We seek a motivated and seasoned Floor Manager to become part of our Hospitality Operations team. This role involves leadership of the front-of-house team and ensuring excellent guest services throughout daily operations.

Key Duties

• Manage daily activities on the restaurant floor while upholding superior service standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the front-of-house staff.
• Address guest issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Organize reservations and event coordination.
• Oversee employee performance, hygiene standards, and adherence to operational protocols.
• Assist in sales initiatives, inventory oversight, and procedures for closing each day.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience managing restaurants or resort operations.
• Having a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management will be an added plus.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Be customer-centric, well organized, and oriented towards achieving results.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
