About the Role

Join the expanding team of Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. in Plymouth as a Restaurant Team Member on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers an engaging environment where you can work alongside passionate colleagues delivering a unique Canadian hospitality experience to customers in the UK. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences, whether you meet customers first or prepare popular bakery products. Your enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service will be key to your success in this fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet every customer with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
  • Provide swift, courteous, and accurate service to all guests.
  • Handle straightforward customer inquiries and refer more complex issues to management.
  • Prepare and store food items while ensuring preparation zones comply with Health & Safety and Audit guidelines.
  • Conduct temperature monitoring and documentation according to company protocols.
  • Execute daily and weekly cleaning duties as outlined in the cleaning schedules.
  • Adhere to critical standards regarding product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Follow restaurant performance goals and instructions from shift managers for crew station duties.
  • Keep operational and kitchen areas pristine to surpass customer comfort, cleanliness, and convenience expectations, including restocking tasks.
  • Promptly report any work-related incidents such as near misses, injuries, or illnesses.
  • Comply with safety procedures including using Personal Protective Equipment when required.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Employment Details
