Key Responsibilities

• Offer courteous, timely, and accurate assistance when taking customer orders and responding to inquiries.
• Keep workstations and dining areas clean and organized while strictly following health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash payments precisely and manage electronic transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations.
• Assist with monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies to maintain high service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a warm and approachable personality.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills necessary for cash management duties.
• Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
