Job description
Role Overview
As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers and help make sure they receive freshly prepared, made-to-order food. You may also work on the makeline, assembling pizzas and other items for families to enjoy together.
The role is a strong option if you want a fun workplace, new connections, and a chance to earn extra income. It can also suit someone looking for a second job or an entry point into a longer-term career path.
The company places a strong emphasis on teamwork, growth, and individual contribution. Many team members have progressed into delivery roles, shift leadership, and restaurant management, while building new skills along the way.
What the Company Offers
- Medical and dental cover, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan, where applicable based on hours worked and position
- Weekly pay
- Fully funded online tuition through Purdue University Global and other online universities under the Dough & Degrees program
- Flexible working hours
- 50% employee discount
- Direct deposit and debit/pay card payment options
- Ongoing training and development programs
Key Requirements
You should bring a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. The minimum age for this role is 16 years. If you are interested in becoming a Delivery Driver, the minimum age requirement is 18 years.
Busy periods are typically evenings and weekends, so you’ll need to be available and willing to work at those times. The role also requires you to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
Additional Information
The company will provide further details after you apply and a recruiter gets in touch. The organization is a federal contractor and uses E-Verify to verify the employment eligibility of each new team member. It is also an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
Site terms and conditions apply.
Workplace Culture
The team values diversity and sees it as a strength and competitive advantage. The workplace is described as a pizza family, with an emphasis on making the environment enjoyable while still handling fast-paced and demanding restaurant work.
