Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the Food & Beverage (F&B) department to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and email, securing and confirming restaurant reservations across all hotel dining outlets efficiently.
• Participate in daily team briefings to stay updated on hotel and F&B events and activities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B offerings to effectively promote and upsell dining options, contributing to revenue targets.
• Ensure the department maintains impeccable presentation and adherence to communication and service standards.
• Communicate special reservations, events, and guest appearances effectively to restaurant teams to enhance guest service and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and hostesses to optimize reservation management, guest satisfaction, and revenue performance.
