Role Overview

As a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Wolt’s restaurant partners. You will ensure that the onboarding journey for our highest value and most strategically significant restaurant partners is both efficient and outstanding, setting them up for long-term success on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for major restaurant partners, ensuring every step reflects Wolt's premium standards.
• Initiate and implement projects to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the onboarding experience.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners during onboarding, conducting training on Wolt's tools, sharing best practices, and building partner confidence from the outset.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and account management teams to support smooth transitions and strong partner launches.
• Monitor partner satisfaction and quality throughout the initial months, proactively addressing any emerging issues.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities for partner growth and propose actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all restaurant profiles on the platform feature up-to-date, appealing, and brand-consistent content and visuals.
• Mentor and share knowledge with onboarding colleagues, supporting their ongoing growth and development.

Requirements

• Professional experience in onboarding, account management, or customer-facing operations, preferably handling high-value clients.
• Proven project management abilities, from detailed planning to smooth execution.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with the skill to instill trust and keep processes on track.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working with data and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Keen interest in the food and restaurant industry, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and solid command of English.
