Overview
We are seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fast food outlet, ensuring efficient management and excellent customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Independently handle daily restaurant activities within established budget limits.
- Consistently deliver superior quality food and beverage offerings.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Create staff schedules and guarantee adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets through effective marketing implementations.
- Recruit, train, and sustain a committed team of employees.
- Uphold operational standards and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Manage inventory control and perform stock-taking regularly.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education level: NITEC, Diploma, or Degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years supervisory experience in the food and beverage or fast food sector.
- Motivated team player with strong passion for food and beverage operations.
- Effective communication and leadership competencies.
- Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email applications.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
