Restaurant Manager

Overview

We are seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fast food outlet, ensuring efficient management and excellent customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Independently handle daily restaurant activities within established budget limits.
• Consistently deliver superior quality food and beverage offerings.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and accurately.
• Create staff schedules and guarantee adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets through effective marketing implementations.
• Recruit, train, and sustain a committed team of employees.
• Uphold operational standards and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Manage inventory control and perform stock-taking regularly.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education level: NITEC, Diploma, or Degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years supervisory experience in the food and beverage or fast food sector.
• Motivated team player with strong passion for food and beverage operations.
• Effective communication and leadership competencies.
• Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email applications.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
