Responsibilities

• Lead and energize teams of 20–50 employees to boost engagement and performance.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, recruitment, inventory management, and compliance with assistance from Area Managers.
• Support employee development through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and building talent pipelines.
• Manage financial aspects like profit and loss, budgeting, and key performance indicators to drive business success.
• Foster community involvement by coordinating the Local Matters program with local groups.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties

• Assist the Restaurant Manager by motivating and guiding the team effectively.
• Participate actively in restaurant operations such as grilling and floor management.
• Maintain high safety and food quality standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Achieve performance goals and celebrate team successes.
• Provide coaching and training opportunities to develop team skills across all areas.

Additional Information
