Role overview

This position is focused on running the store’s day-to-day operations for a leading pizza brand. The role combines operational control, team coordination, sales improvement, and adherence to business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise store operations to keep the outlet running smoothly while supporting sales growth and maintaining high standards.
• Oversee the condition of the store premises and ensure all equipment is maintained for uninterrupted operations.
• Execute shifts according to the agreed schedule and operational plan.
• Organize staff allocation and deployment during each shift.
• Conduct periodic team meetings and help keep the staff motivated and aligned with store goals.
• Prepare and review operational reports covering food cost, inventory, wastage, and profit and loss.
• Handle daily store operations, shift management, inventory control, and food cost tracking.
• Support local promotional efforts such as door hanging, newspaper insertion, and corporate calling.
