Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team including recruitment, training, conducting performance evaluations, creating staff rosters, and addressing employee concerns or grievances.
• Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service meet top quality standards.
• Handle ordering of supplies and inventory from various vendors.
• Perform office administrative tasks such as handling paperwork, banking, cash management, payroll processing, and policy reviews.
• Oversee financial management including preparing profit and loss statements, budgets, and controlling costs related to goods and labor.
• Manage daily and weekly cleaning routines for the kitchen, dining area, and overall restaurant space.
• Maintain workplace safety and security standards, ensuring all employees receive effective training on Workplace Health and Safety.
