Role Overview

As a Restaurant Captain at Grover Sweets, you will be pivotal to delivering an exceptional dining experience by managing guest services and maintaining high standards of fine-dining protocols. Your responsibilities include overseeing waiter teams, ensuring quality control of food and service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide personalized attention to enhance their dining experience.
Oversee order taking and food delivery, ensuring adherence to fine-dining service standards.
Lead and manage waitstaff by delegating tables, monitoring their performance, and maintaining discipline during shifts.
Conduct quality checks on food presentation, portion sizes, and service flow prior to serving guests.
Encourage upselling of chef's specials, signature vegetarian dishes, and premium add-ons to increase sales.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor waiters on proper etiquette, service sequencing, and fine-dining protocols.
Maintain detailed shift reports, gather guest feedback, and coordinate effectively with kitchen and management teams.

Additional Information

Salary range offered is INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
