Their mission centers on leading transformation tailored to the complex challenges enterprises face now and in the future, leveraging the blend of science, data, creativity, design, and purposeful technology.

Role Overview

The role entails designing and implementing comprehensive AI governance frameworks tailored for large-scale AI deployments. This includes setting up Agentic Control planes, responsible AI controls, and establishing policies alongside risk assessments and assurance mechanisms to ensure enterprise compliance.

  • Develop detailed AI governance frameworks, policy artifacts, risk taxonomies, and establish oversight forums.
  • Create and enforce controls that promote fairness, transparency, explainability, human oversight, safety, and auditability in AI systems.
  • Develop workflows for use-case intake, AI impact assessments, model inventories, and approval processes.
  • Provide governance support to AI Factory initiatives, sovereign AI projects, and regulated-sector proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to translate governance requirements into practical technical safeguards (guardrails).
  • Possess knowledge or experience of Agentic Control Plane principles in AI management.

Candidate Profile

  • Bring 8 to 12 or more years of experience in AI governance, data governance, risk management, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, privacy, or consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing governance frameworks or control systems for technology, data, AI, or digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to regulated sectors such as public sector, government, financial services, telecommunications, or energy.
  • Adept at converting policy objectives into pragmatic, operational processes and controls.

Key Competencies and Knowledge Areas

  • Expertise in operationalizing Responsible AI concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of AI governance models, committee frameworks, and decision-making authority structures.
  • Proficiency in AI risk assessments, assurance efforts, control design, and audit facilitation.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 23894, and principles of model risk management.
  • Knowledge of generative AI-specific risks such as hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage, propagation of unsafe content, and ensuring human oversight.
